Delivery, Returns, Terms & Conditions
Product prices are as shown and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, either increases or reductions in price.
We try to ensure that product information and colours are accurate. Due to the nature of photography, product colours may appear slightly different to the pictures on this website.
Some products are handmade, this means that slight variations in size and colour may occur.
All items are subject to availability. We endeavour to keep the stock levels up to date on the website, but if an item that you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible by email.
Faulty items or incorrect orders
If you have received the wrong item or the item is faulty, you have 30 days to contact us via email and we will pay for the return shipping.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Changed your mind?
If you changed your mind about your order, you can still return it and receive a refund.
The cost of return postage is payable by the customer, the only exception to this rule is if the item was sent by error or is being returned due to a fault, as previously agreed via email.
Original postage is not refundable. This is in accordance with your consumer rights.

To return your order please ensure that your packing slip is included so that we have your order number. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in its original unused condition.
We aim to apply all refunds & despatch exchange items within 48 hours of the day they are received, although it can take longer during busy periods such as Christmas & sale periods.
We offer free exchanges on UK full price orders only. There will be a £4.99 P&P charge for all sale exchanges. International exchanges will be subject to the same delivery charge as the initial order (stated above).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please note that the right to cancel and return for a refund does not apply to the following: “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification” – this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website, by email or over the phone.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Vouchers/ Gift Cards
-Book with obvious signs of use
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: The Deco Shop Ltd, No 1 Heol Maengwyn, Machynlleth, SY20 8AA, United Kingdom.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Deco Shop Ltd, No 1 Heol Maengwyn, Machynlleth, Powys.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We understand that your privacy is important. If you have ordered from us or have asked to be included in our database, we will keep a record of your personal details, and will only use this information for monitoring orders, and to keep you up to date by email with new products and special offers, when appropriate.
