French Apothecary Soy Wax Scented Candle, Assorted Scents
Hand-poured in Provence (France) in our apothecary jars, our candles are made of 100% vegetable wax (soy wax). The wicks are in cotton. The signature fragrance is developed in Grasse, world capital of perfume.
About scent Nr 3 Jardin d'Agrumes: it is the scent of sweet grapefruit. An instant mood-lifter that will give a joyful atmosphere to your home. It first welcomes us with a touch of lime and lemon, then develops into grapefruit, rhubarb and pineapple. Finally, it settles with a touch of rose and white musk.
About scent Nr 6 "Rêverie du Soir": An enchanting blend of rustic amber and French lavender with added notes of tonka bean, vanilla and clary sage. A calm blend that invites to dream and relaxation.
About scent Nr 7: "Albert en Voyage" Albert left, with his beautiful cream linen suit and leather luggage, for a long journey. The first step will be Madagascar, then India... A woody and fresh scent, with spicy flights of cardamom, cinnamon and clove. The base note is vetiver, accompanied by amber and leather.
About scent Nr 10: CÈDRE is the scent of the cedar trees, the high lords growing on top of the Provence mountains. Beginning with a subtle burst of lemon and bergamot, the Cedar candle evolves into ginger and nutmeg. Then, finally, it settles on Gaiac wood and cedar, making it a deep, peaceful, woody scent.
About scent Nr 11: LAVANDE DOUCE. The "blue gold" of Provence, lavender is an almost mythical plant for us here in Provence. It has strong relaxing powers and will help you focus your thoughts and, in the evening, prepare for a good night sleep. Soft and purifying, you will appreciate its relaxing properties. Starting on a fine note of pine and orange, it then develops fully into lavender, while supporting some reflections of tonka and cedar.
About scent Nr 14: "Rose" is the rare yet familiar scent from an abandoned rose garden, full of delicacy and elegance. Starting with a base of carnations, the scent develops on rose and violet leaves, ending with aldehydes.
