Simple, but perfectly formed Mango wood butter knife.
Mango-wood is a relatively sustainable hardwood as it is a by-product from producing Mangos. It is also fast growing!
Once the mango trees get too tall to easily harvest the fruit or stop bearing fruit altogether, they are harvested for timber and a new generation of trees is planted.
